Most process mapping training courses teach only the basics and standards of process mapping. Our method of teaching involves capturing metrics and analyzing process maps using Lean methods to find waste and make improvements. We also follow process mapping standards that have been adapted by the ASQ (American Society for Quality) and other reputable business management training bodies such as the IIL (International Institute for Learning).
We offer virtual workshops that are convenient and affordable for students. After-class support is also provided for up to four weeks assisting students as necessary. Customized and dedicated training is available for groups of 5 or more. Please contact us for more information.
